Holiday Moods Adventures has unveiled its Iceland travel portfolio for 2026-27, featuring fixed departure group tours and bespoke self-drive itineraries. Designed for the growing demand for Nordic travel experiences, the programme includes Northern Lights-focused journeys, luxury accommodation options and commissionable packages for travel agents, supported by real-time booking capabilities and destination expertise.

In an interaction with ETTravelWorld, Cordelia Cruises President and CEO Jurgen Bailom outlined the company’s expansion plans, including the arrival of Cordelia Sky in October 2026, followed by a second vessel, Cordelia Sun. Together, the additions will significantly increase the company’s capacity and allow it to expand both domestic and international itineraries.

Cordelia Cruises will return to Chennai for its fifth cruising season from June to August 2026, offering domestic and international itineraries across India, Sri Lanka and Southeast Asia. The deployment strengthens Chennai’s position as a growing cruise tourism hub and includes sailings ranging from two-night weekend cruises to 10-night international voyages.

TravClan has been appointed as the Preferred Sales Agent for StarDream Cruises in India, strengthening cruise distribution across the Indian travel trade ecosystem. The partnership aims to simplify cruise bookings for travel agents through TravClan’s technology-led platform, while expanding cruise accessibility beyond metro markets into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities amid rising demand for experience-led holidays.

India’s medical tourism sector faces ongoing challenges due to the West Asia conflict. Overseas patient numbers have not yet recovered to previous levels. Hospital operators are observing early signs of improvement, but arrivals remain below pre-conflict figures. Geopolitical turmoil may also increase operating expenses for healthcare companies.
